This experiment tested what would happen if you wax an X-Pac fabric. While the film on the back of the X-Pac means that the material is already waterproof, I wanted to give this futuristic laminate a more heritage aesthetic. The zipper is sewn in just off of center so that the top of the bag can be folded over, hiding the zipper from the elements. Simple 25mm bands of leather are used for the carry handles.
